2. Check that the domain part of the login username is the same as the XMPP domain, for
example:
login username: fredsmith@example.com
xmpp domain: example.com
SSH to the MMP and type the command xmpp to see the XMPP domain. If the login
username domain part differs from the XMPP domain, change the login username domain
part to match the XMPP domain.
2.5 Client Reports “username or password is incorrect” in the
Login Dialog
1. Open the Core server logs and search for the LDAP lookup; has the LDAP account been
suspended or is it wrong? Can the user log in to another application using these credentials?
Check with your LDAP admin team.
